Mischa met Grimory one day when he returned home from the hospital. The long haired boy stood in his closet and watched his carefully, refusing to say anything but his name and for some reason Mischa's parents and brother could not see him.
Mischa labeled Grimory as an imaginary friend... a rather realistic imaginary friend who could touch and be touched, he blamed that on the pain medication he was on at the time.
The boy was slowly starting to talk. He loved chocolate and broccoli and developed a weird fascination for Mischa's hamsters, Gingy and Old Man. He could tell the most fascinating stories about a place where the moon was always red, ruled by four beautiful brothers. He spoke of a world so different as if it were his home.
Still, nobody else could see him.
